Terms of Service — Tradeify

Please read carefully. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Paradise AFF L.L.C. By accessing or using Tradeify.gg you agree to be bound by them. This document is provided as a general template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.

1.Who we are

Tradeify.gg (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is owned and operated by Paradise AFF L.L.C. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including the marketplace, trading, auctions, and all related features and services (collectively, the "Services").

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Services. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Services may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live.

3.Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You may be required to link a Roblox account to verify ownership before withdrawing items.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are associated with fraud or abuse.

4.The Services

Tradeify provides a platform where users may buy, sell, trade, and auction virtual in-game items ("Items"). All transactions are facilitated through our escrow system, which holds Items and/or funds until both sides of a transaction are confirmed.

We do not manufacture, own, or control the underlying games in which Items exist. Prices, availability, and demand for Items are determined by the market and may fluctuate significantly.

5.Not affiliated with Roblox

Tradeify and Paradise AFF L.L.C are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any game developer. All trademarks, game names, and item names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6.Payments and fees

Deposits and purchases may be made using the payment methods offered on the Platform, including cards, supported digital wallets, and cryptocurrency.
Applicable fees are disclosed at the time of a transaction. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Services.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions you authorized. Doing so may result in account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount.

7.Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
Buy, sell, or trade Items you do not rightfully own or are prohibited from transferring;
Attempt to manipulate prices, exploit bugs, or circumvent security or escrow measures;
Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services without permission;
Harass other users or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

8.Virtual items

Items are virtual goods and have no cash value outside of the Platform except as expressly provided. You do not own the intellectual property in any Item, and your rights are limited to those granted under these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue support for any Item or game at any time.

9.Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Item will retain its value.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradise AFF L.L.C and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or Items, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

11.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
