1.Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases, deposits, and trades made on Tradeify.gg, operated by Paradise AFF L.L.C. By using the Platform you agree to the terms set out below alongside our Terms of Service.

2.Trade Protection refunds

Every trade on Tradeify is covered by Trade Protection. If a purchased or traded Item is not delivered through our escrow system, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, returned to your Tradeify balance or original payment method.

Funds and Items are held in escrow until both sides of a transaction are confirmed.
If delivery fails or a seller does not complete their side, escrow automatically returns your funds.
No action is required in most non-delivery cases — refunds are issued automatically.

3.Deposits

Unused funds deposited to your Tradeify balance may be withdrawn subject to identity and payment verification. Deposit fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable. Withdrawals are returned to a supported payment method in your name.

4.Non-refundable transactions

Except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy, the following are final and non-refundable:

Items that have been successfully delivered to you;
Completed trades where both parties received their Items;
Transactions where you provided incorrect account or delivery details;
Losses resulting from market price changes after a completed purchase.

5.How to request a refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that was not issued automatically, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with:

Your account username or email;
The transaction or order ID;
A short description of the issue.

We aim to review refund requests within 72 hours. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6.Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback for an authorized transaction may result in suspension of your account and recovery of the disputed amount, including any associated fees.
