Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only. Tradeify.gg sells and trades virtual in-game items. There is no physical shipping — all Items are delivered digitally. This policy explains how and when delivery happens. It is provided as a general template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.

1.No physical shipping

Tradeify.gg, operated by Paradise AFF L.L.C, deals exclusively in digital virtual goods. We do not ship any physical products. No shipping address, courier, or postage is required or collected for the delivery of Items.

2.How Items are delivered

Purchased and traded Items are delivered digitally through our secure escrow system and, where applicable, in-game via the relevant game's trading system. Depending on the transaction, delivery may involve:

Crediting the Item to your Tradeify inventory instantly; or
Transferring the Item to your linked in-game account through an escrow-managed handover.

3.Delivery times

Instant delivery: Most marketplace purchases are credited to your inventory immediately after payment is confirmed.
Escrow trades: Player-to-player trades complete once both sides confirm and the in-game handover is verified — usually within minutes.
Verification delays: Some transactions may take longer if additional identity or account verification is required.

4.Requirements for delivery

To receive certain Items in-game you must:

Have a linked and verified Roblox account;
Meet any in-game requirements for receiving trades (for example, trading being enabled on your account);
Be available to complete the in-game handover when required.

Providing an incorrect account or failing to complete a required handover may delay or prevent delivery.

5.Failed or delayed delivery

If an Item cannot be delivered, our escrow system protects you: funds are held until delivery is confirmed, and non-delivery is eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy. Delays caused by game maintenance, account restrictions, or third-party outages are outside our control, but escrow keeps your funds safe throughout.

6.Not affiliated with Roblox

Delivery of in-game Items depends on systems operated by third parties. Paradise AFF L.L.C is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any game developer, and is not responsible for changes those parties make to their trading systems.

7.Changes to this policy

Paradise AFF L.L.C may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
